Why
For those not yet convinced by the usage of daily task management application.
How many times did you eventually forget the little things you had to do? Ah, you forgot to call back your friend (you were busy while he was attempting to phone you, you discarded his call, and thought that you were going to call him back). Or, at work, you know that you need to turn off your computer before leaving tonight, because of an electricity outage, but finally you forgot. Or, you just phoned the bank, but your account manager was busy, and you were told to call back at 3 PM: finally you forgot, and you are good for attempting tomorrow.
- Because we are active people, our heads are full of little things to remember. During the work periods, we are focused on our professional tasks, and very often forget to complete personal little things.
- Because most of the time, we think of things that we need to do while we are on our ways, just equipped with a PDA/smartphone, and we do not have necessarily a desktop/laptop computer at hand.
- Because many smart phones and PDA lack a steady to-dos manager application (think of Windows Mobile and the default task manager), Android really needs one from the start.
- Because there are already web applications that propose to handle the tasks online via a simple browser, but nothing is worth a rich application, specially designed for the hosting platform.
